Value for money

Air conditioner was the best chilling, very spacious room and value for money. Very peaceful place. Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Thought there is a beach to relax and watch sunset, unfortunately not. Bathroom could be more clean and the hot shower should be hot. Matters need replacement. Breakfast could be improved with more varieties.

breakfast , i just like nasi dagang , pulut nyor and telur stuf...others were just biase biase jer restoran was not pleasure to eat bcause it was sunny view and bad for eye. people ganu said what? PECORR NGAT EH. managemnet dont know how to put curtain ah?

The surrounding,,landscape,,marina area was nice..far from roadside..got nice view for breakfast at verandah..city view on my right,,village on my left and sunrise at front.

The maintenance team really did its best to maintain which ever they have maybe from the beginning of its operational..the louver for ac unit in my room was missing,,but still running though..

So far everything is good, the place is good and clean, the place is good for a person who like more private.

I like because of the privacy, far from town and quiet and calm.

Not about the property but the staff keep calling my room every morning and knock the door even I already hang the do not disturb sign. It is a bit annoying for me.

Decent hotel

The buffet breakfast and the balcony attached to the room were great

Arrived late at night due to travel delay, given a room with 2 single beds (for a solo traveller) and the aircon was spoiled. Requested for a room change (by then around 10pm+), double bed, aircon was working fine but no wifi signal. Had to call the reception a few times and they rebooted their router. Finally got to settle down proper past 11pm. No response for the messages sent to the hotel via booking.com's apps and direct email.

Need more improvement. Some of them in defected.

Room condition is just fair. Breakfast (Sahur) provided consider good.

Curtain is too simple and can't slide or rool it, bathroom condition also not satisfied.

The ambience was nice.

Some old air-cond needed replacement but most of the room has had new air conditioning. The pillow and mattress need replacement too.

Dissapointed

The breakfast buffet line was not cleaned and tables were not set. Staffs were not attentive and did not care of the mess on the buffet line and did not replenish food accordingly.

The condition of the room was nothing like those shown in the website. Moldy shower. Worn off room especially the toilet cabinet/ vanity. The room was dark. Some burnt-out bulbs were not replaced.

Location at Pulau Duyong overlooking bandar Kuala Terengganu n the new drawbridge.Quiet n serene

The picture in this site is misleading.

The picture in this site is misleading. I thought it was a tall building with rooms in it but It's actually a chalet that need some walking distance and car is parked far away from the chalet which is inconvenient. Furthermore, no shade for walking and it was raining. Me and my wife got wet. The aircond is not functioning. It is too dark in the pathway to walk at night. Overall I am not happy with the place. Not worth to come.

it was great

overrall the facilities is great. the environment is nice and calmy.

tv doesn't have a good reception.the channel is blurry. with digital broadcast is in place by the government, i think this can be improve with freeview tv.

Very easy to contact the customer service, they answered...

Very easy to contact the customer service, they answered call very fast. Good.

We got a room with spoiled air-conditioner. Seem maintenance staff not thoroughly checked on the air-conditioner before release it for customer. Luckily, they gave us new room immediately. Breakfast was so simple, not so tasty.

the food is nice .

the food is nice . the staff is nice

the location is strategic, but the facility condition is poor ( poor maintained) . They should do thoroughly repair before giving to the customer. For example the bathdroom glass were almost fell , thus i have to taking bath with an open glass door . Properly dusting especially over the covered area .

breakfast good - have many varieties. staff are friendly. the buggy service are good, come on time. room is clean & comfortable.

the room to stay is far from centre point..far each other need to use buggy in order to reach at certain place. i go there for seminar. also far from room to seminar hall, take longer time whereby the interval during seminar is too short (not enough time to rest & going back to seminar again)
